An easy word, to submerge all your effort into nothingness…
Most of the time,.people tend to nullify your hard work into a single word called luck..
There is luck,
But there is also,
A lot of effort goes behind your success…
Nothing can be achieved by just lying on  your couch
Overlooking the nature..
No one will ever see, the effort you put in..
The pain you encounter when failed..
The number of times you lose your hope..
The times you fall, but still manage to get up..
This all takes a back seat,
When you finally succeed, in everyone’s eyes…
All they see is “how lucky you are”
And there goes, all the sleepless nights, never-ending time you spent in upskilling, even when you have given up several times.

Just remember that your effort and success are judged by many, but that never stops you from achieving anything in life. Never expect anyone to understand your efforts, only bright things are noticed…

Yesterdays to Remember

Some yesterdays,
It is etched in my heart, like forever;
Some yesterdays,
Never fail to impress me even today;
Some yesterdays,
Never fade to overwhelm me;
Some yesterdays,
I wanna live in it forever;
Some yesterdays,
Pulls me into a pain, unknown;
Some yesterdays,
Remain unforgettable, as if it is still the present;
Some yesterdays,
I wish never ever happened;
Some yesterdays,
I am tired of fighting away, yet it remains;
Some yesterdays,
I wish i could live it again, but its gone forever;
Some yesterdays;
Keep circling in my life, never leaving, never changing;
Yet, these yesterdays,
Make me who I am today, or now;
I may not know, whats next;
But this is me;
The derivation of all yesterdays and a moment thats gone by.
And hopes that ornate your moments.

Your gaze,

It just gives me a new life..

Your eyes, the way it looks at me,

Just lifts my mood….

With you by my side,

I forget the pain I endured in life..

With you by my side;

I forget the world around me;

As i shut my eyes,

All i could gather in my memories;

Is your embrace;

The embrace, which i still feel the warmth of;

When apart, I dreamed ,of hugging you a thousand times;

I could still feel, the warmth of your breath upon my skin;

When your moustache brushed away on my skin;

And embellished a kiss behind my ear;

Which blossomed a smile on my lips;

Your voice, has the magic;

To even drench me in your love;

Even beyond your imagination;

You came as a gentle surprise;

And wove into my life;

Now you remain in me,

As if you were a part of me forever i ever know of.

Life as it is

At times in life, when everything around me seemed to be drowning and it was just me left to drown in pain and suffering, i felt like giving up. Giving up seems like an easy and quick choice then. It’s quite tempting to get hold of it, but then a thought strikes me.
A thought that dawns upon my mind, when i am always when life seems unfair to me. A thought that appears when we are amidst the unpredictable ups and downs of life. It comes in when my mind is shadowed by the horrible decisions i took up in my life, the wrong steps that slipped me into deep pain, unknown horizons of distress and many “what ifs”, that led me to unforgiven deeds.
That’s when i realized that life is never meant to be a smooth ride. If it is, you have never trusted yourself and given something or someone a chance. We all need to make choices, make wrong decisions and do worse; that is when we know what is best for us.
You can always choose to be sad, blame yourselves for everything and still keep running away.  It is best to choose not to give up on yourself. Remember, there is nothing else that stops you from achieving anything other than yourself. You have the potential.

Go with the flow

Not every day seems great, right, fellas?

Indeed, yes, even if you want to say ‘no’ to this, your inner soul is persistently saying, “No, my day was good’ to ensure you stay positive. Everyone has their share of problems and pieces of happiness they encounter, and yes they like to keep it to themselves. They might share it with you, not with the expectation that you can solve it most of the time; it’s just they want a non-judgemental ear to hear them out. 

The world will never stop for us; when we are confronted with problems, we stop, and the world moves on. This is something we need to keep in mind. No one ever could walk in your shoes; it is only  you who can, so choose how you want things to be. Running away never lessens the problem, nor reduces the intensity or makes the problem go away. All we need to do is jump in and get soaked in it. Problems in life are like sinking sand; they gulp you as a whole, and that’s when you learn a new perspective: either survive and push through or be buried there.

Nothing is ever easy; it takes months to learn to walk or speak or do anything; hence, stop expecting yourself to be so perfect all the time; learn to accept your flaws; it helps you grow in the right direction. 

When things are not right, just keep in mind that this is not going to be forever; every cloudy time has a sunny side coming soon… this is a cycle–remember that. Live the moment you are in.

Its all about perspective and choices.

Self value

You constantly worry, whether you are ever valued.

Valued in the sense of adhering to the terms and conditions that is laid by the people around you. Are you studying well enough( may be a 101% in everything)? Are you being well-behaved( listening and doing everything like you are being told)? Are you a great partner (being silent even when unhappy)? Are you a perfect child (be a remote-controlled human) ? Are you smiling (welcoming the unwelcomed ones) ? Are you always happy (even when grief hits you and thrust deeply) Are you earning millions (even when you are happy with what you have)? -these are some never ending expectations laid by the people you say ‘loves’ you. But how do you know, that you are valued , inspite of constantly struggling to keep up everyones expectations? Strange right- it is important to be happy on your own. Make sure that you are happy when you are alone. Alone in the sense, that you know that being with yourself, keeps you happiest. Make sure your happiness is not dependent on anything other than you. It is the first step to being valued. Make sure , you are valuing yourself- others opinion is secondary or even null at times. If you feel sad, cry, you need not show that you are always strong (none cares). If you are angry, burst out or expel it however you want. Just one life- live it however you can.
